We start with value. We do rapid business value analysis through a series of tools we call Enterprise Value Models and Current Reality Diagrams. These visual tools help the business and IT understand the make up and structure of the business problem being solved, We then work with your requirements and design teams break this model down into smaller more consumable units of work (stories) as we begin to teach and train your developers the basic tenants of Agile development. In stead of talking your way into a new way of thinking we believe real change comes through behavior.

We then work with your Project Managers and Business Sponsors to develop an Agile (Speed to Value) cadence and establish the proper tools and processes to track project velocity and quality. You then begin to see the transformation occur; your staff begins to talk about velocity and throughput, about value and business delivery. They realize that Agility cannot be achieved unless truth is managed through a series of tests and that quality is as important as on time delivery. We consider the transformation complete when they begin to run the project and carry on this message to the organization and their peers.
