Do you have the skills we need?
Pillar is always looking for full time and hourly consultants who are experienced:
- J2EE and .NET Architects and Mentors with leadership skills
- .NET and J2EE Developers who are hungry to learn beyond just TDD and refactoring
- Business Analysts with a mix of agile and traditional backgrounds
- Project Managers who balance delivery focus with people/team growth and happiness
- Engagement Managers who enjoy keeping clients delighted
Consultants with development experience are also encouraged to apply. We are specifically interested in consultants who know various best practices and when to use and not use each one.
Pillar’s people and client base are primarily in Ohio and Michigan. Nearly all of our work is staffed locally (no travel!), though we would consider candidates who wish to travel during the week and be home on the weekends. Ask us for the details.
